ANN VANDER ENDE'S TACO BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough (Bridgford)
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. or more butter, melted

Thaw bread dough just enough to slice easily into 3/4 inch slices. Mix taco seasoning and grated cheese together in a pie or other shallow pan.

Dip each bread slice into melted butter and then coat thoroughly with seasoning/cheese mixture. Reconstruct the loaf as you go in a standard loaf pan. Allow to rise. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. (Dough could also be cut into cubes instead of slices.) Makes 1 loaf.
