TOPSY TURVY TACO CORN BREAD | |
1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 egg 1 tbsp. instant onion 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 pkg. cornmeal muffin mix Combine first 5 ingredients, spread evenly on bottom of 10-inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn oven to 400 degrees, prepare muffin mix per package directions and spread on top of meat mixture. Continue baking 15 minutes or until cornbread is lightly browned. Invert onto serving dish. |
