TACO CORN-BURGER PIE 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. water

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. water
12 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 c. shredded lettuce
2 oz. shredded cheese
1 med. tomato, chopped

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, cornmeal, onion; add butter, water and stir until dough holds together. Press in bottom and sides of large pie plate, ungreased. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. In large skillet brown beef, drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, add 3/4 cup water and simmer 20 minutes until liquid is reduced. Stir in corn and cook until thoroughly heated. Spread in baked crust. Top with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes.
