SCALLOPED CORN AND BROCCOLI 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained

Saute onion in butter. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened and smooth. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Stir in corn. Arrange broccoli in a 2 quart baking dish. Pour corn sauce over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.
