BROCCOLI - CORN SCALLOP 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream style corn
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 slices bacon, diced (raw)
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine broccoli, corn, egg, onion, butter, salt and pepper with 3/4 cup cracker crumbs. Place in buttered casserole. Place diced bacon, remaining 1/4 cup cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
