CHICKEN SQUARES 
3 breasts of chicken
Salt to taste
3 slices of bread
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1-2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. turmeric
3 eggs
2-3 green chilies
Sliced almonds

Cut chicken into cubes. Boil with sale, turmeric, butter and a little water. Simmer on low heat until tender and water dries up. Soak bread in eggs and milk. Grind green chilies in a food processor. Add soaked bread mixture. Add chicken after it is cooled. Grind slightly to a coarse texture.

Pour in a flat pan (Swiss roll pan). Sprinkle with almond pieces and sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a bulge is noticeable on surface. Then press bulge flat. Cut into squares and serve.
