CARAMEL POPCORN BALLS 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 qt. popped corn

In saucepan, bring to boil butter, syrup, and sugar; stir in milk. Simmer, stirring constantly to soft ball stage (234-238 degrees). Stir in vanilla; pour over popped corn and stir to coat. Butter hands slightly and form into balls about 3 1/2 inch in diameter.
