CARAMEL POPCORN BALLS 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 of a 15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 qts. popped corn

In a saucepan, combine the butter, sugar and corn syrup. Stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in the condensed milk and simmer. Stir constantly until the soft ball stage. Stir in the vanilla. Pour over the popped corn. Stir to coat. Butter your hands lightly, shape into balls about 3 1/2 inches in diameter. Makes approximately 15.
