ORANGE ALMOND CHICKEN 
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped almonds
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. orange juice
6 chicken breasts

Combine first 5 ingredients. Melt butter and add undiluted orange juice. Dip breasts into orange-butter then crumb mixture. Bake in shallow dish at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
