1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 8" square pan. Beat egg and milk together. Add oil. Blend dry ingredients and stir into liquids. Mix with fork until well blended. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle topping on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8.
