ABC SALAD 
1 lg. red apple, chopped
1 stalk broccoli, chopped
1/2 sm. to med. head cabbage, coarsely grated
1-2 onions, chopped fine

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar (or honey)
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika (opt.)
Red or green pepper (opt.)

Combine and mix all the dressing ingredients, ideally in a blender. Toss the vegetables and apple in a bowl with just enough of the dressing to moisten and emphasize the flavor. Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to mix.
