2 c. flour 3 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. chopped walnuts 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. corn oil 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 2 tsp. vanilla 2 jars Jr. baby carrots 3 1/2 oz. coconut 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip 2 c. confectioners' sugar Blend: first 6 ingredients. Add: last 5 ingredients. Grease: 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake: 50 minutes at 350 degrees. FROSTING: Blend: 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip 2 c. confectioners' sugar |
