CHEDDAR POTATOES 
1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
5 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. dairy sour cream (optional)
1 sm. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Note: Can be easily doubled for larger group.
