SAVORY CHEDDAR BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine dry ingredients and cheese. Combine egg, milk, and butter and add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spread in a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
