SAVORY CHEESE BREAD 
1 loaf unsliced sandwich bread
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. sesame seed
1/4 to 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese

Remove all but bottom crust. Make diagonal cuts 1 1/4 inches apart almost through loaf. Soften butter, blend in onion, mustard, and seed. Spread on slices of bread. Save some for outside. Fill with cheese slices. Press loaf together. Spread outside. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
