LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 box lasagna pasta
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 lb. shredded mozzarella
1 jar or homemade spaghetti sauce

Brown beef, onion and garlic; drain grease off. At same time cook pasta according to directions on box. Combine ricotta, egg, grated cheese in bowl. Layer ingredients in deep baking dish or pan. Start with tomato sauce then pasta then small teaspoonfuls of cheese mixture, then a layer of mozzarella. Continue layering until all is used. Last layer should be a layer of pasta with sauce. Then some mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
