CHEERY CHERRY CHEESECAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. creamcheese (softened) 1/3 c. real lemon juice 1 graham cracker ready made pie crust 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can cherry pie filling (chilled) Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add Eagle Brand milk and blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. (May place all these ingredients in a blender and mix until well blended.) Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours. Top with desired amount of filling before serving. |
