BRAZO 
8 egg yolks
Pinch of salt
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

In double boiler combine milk and egg yolks. Cook until thick. (Keep stirring at all times). Add butter, 1-2 tablespoons, and vanilla. Set aside.

MERINGUE:

8 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar

Beat egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar. Add sugar slowly until it stands in peak form. Spread as in jelly roll pan lined with brown paper. Cook in moderate 300 degree oven for 1 hour, until light brown. Roll out on wax paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Remove meringue and put face down. Remove paper slowly. Spread filling. Roll like jelly roll. Serve.

Note: To line jelly roll pan, put oil on pan. Put brown paper on top, spread some oil. This will prevent from drying out meringue and sticking.
