BARBEQUED GREEN BEANS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. French style green beans, thaw partially
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
Dash pepper
4 thin slices lemon
1/2 c. water chestnuts
2 tbsp. green onion
2 tbsp. butter

Place green beans on large square double thickness aluminum foil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Top with lemon, green onion and water chestnuts. Dot with butter. Bring edges of foil up and seal securely, leaving room for some expansion. Grill over slow coals, 35-40 minutes. 6-8 servings.
