ICE BOX STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 c. mashed strawberries
4 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello, dissolved in 1 cup boiling water

Combine berries and sugar. Let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in Jello and water and boil hard for 1 minute. Add berries and stir about 2 minutes; let stand at room temperature until jelled. Seal and store in refrigerator.
