ICE BOX CHEESE CAKE 
24 graham crackers or 2 1/2 c. crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, soft
1 tsp. cinnamon; optional

Mix well and cover large baking dish. Save 1/4 cup for topping.

Dissolve 1 package of lemon Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Cool until gel stage.

Mix 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Add Jello to cream cheese in a large bowl.

Whip 1 can Milnot milk; fold in cream cheese and Jello; top with graham crackers. Very cool and light dessert.
