BUTCH'S FRENCH ONION SOUP 
3 c. sliced white onions
4 tbsp. butter
2 cans beef bouillon broth
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. sour cream croutons
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook onions in butter over low heat for 30 minutes. Add beef broth, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil, simmer for 30 minutes. Place croutons in soup. Put Mozzarella cheese over top and put under broiler for 2 minutes.
