OLIVE SANDWICH SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pimento, stuffed olives
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. olive juice

Soften cream cheese and mix with mayonnaise until smooth. Add olives, pecans, and olive juice and mix well. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers, toasted bagels, etc.
