ALMOND JOY CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix plus pudding
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
24 lg. marshmallows
1 stick butter
Sliced almonds
2 1/2 c. sugar
14 oz. coconut
1 c. chocolate chips

Step 1: Make cake according to package. Bake in a greased jelly roll pan for 15 minutes or until done.

Step 2: Bring 1 cup of evaporated milk, and 1 cup of sugar to a boil. Remove from stove and add marshmallows. Stir in until melted add coconut. Pour over warm cake.

Step 3: Bring 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, and 1 stick butter to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Add chocolate chips, stir until melted. Drizzle icing on top of the cake. Sprinkle almonds on top.
