ALMOND JOY CAKE 
1 chocolate cake with pudding
1 c. can milk
1 c. sugar
24 lg. marshmallows
14 oz. bag of coconut

Mix cake and place into a 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake in oven for 15 or 20 minutes or until done. Cool.

1/2 c. can milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick of butter
12 oz. bag of chocolate chips
Almonds or pecans can be used

Cook 1 cup of can milk and 1 cup of sugar until boiling hard. Add marshmallows and coconut at same time. Stir and divide on both cakes evenly. Mix 1/2 cup of can milk and 1 1/2 cups of sugar with butter. Bring to a hard boil. Add chocolate chips. Stir until well mixed. Divide evenly and place on top of cake mixture. Add almonds on top.
