ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
4 eggs
3/4 c. coconut
1 c. mandarin oranges and juice, mashed

Mix cake mix and other ingredients together and pour in 3 pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely.

FROSTING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapples
1/3 c. coconut
1/3 c. pecans

Stir together frosting ingredients. Spread on cake. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
