ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges in heavy syrup

FROSTING:

1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3 cake pans. Blend at low speed until all ingredients are moist. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Pour into pans; bake for 30 minutes or until done. Let cool completely before removing from pans. Refrigerate after frosting. Cake can be made 1-2 days ahead.
