1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 can mandarin oranges, juice and all

Mix together. Pour batter into 3 cake pans. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes. Let cake cool before icing.

ICING:

2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, juice and all
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
