CHARLOTTE RUSSE PIE 
1 tbsp. gelatin
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Put 1 tablespoon of gelatin in 1 cup milk and just heat. Add 2 beaten egg yolks and 1 cup sugar and cook mixture until it boils. Cool.

Add 2 beaten egg whites, dash of salt, 1/2 pint whipped cream (or Cool Whip) and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

Butter pie plate heavily. Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter to form pie crust in pie plate. Pour mixture into pie crust (you might sprinkle a few crumbs on top). Refrigerate.
