MOCK APPLE PIE 
36 Ritz crackers
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. lemon juice
Butter
Cinnamon

Break up crackers, put in bottom of pie crust. Boil water, sugar, cream of tartar 15 minutes. Add lemon juice, pour over crackers. Add butter and cinnamon. Put on top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
