CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken or 6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Escort crackers
1 can water chestnuts
1 stick butter

Boil chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Mix soups and sour cream. Line 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with Escort crackers which have been broken in half. Chip 1/2 stick of butter and a can of sliced water chestnuts over crackers. Add chicken. Pour soup mixture over all of this. Put crushed crackers over top. Dot with 1/2 stick of butter. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. (Tuna may be substituted for chicken.)
