KENTUCKY BOURBON SWEET POTATOES 
4 c. sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. bourbon

Layer potatoes in casserole, then layer 1/2 sugar, butter, lemon juice and bourbon mixed. Then another layer of potatoes and top with remaining sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until heated thoroughly.
