HEARTY FIESTA BURGERS 
1 slightly beaten egg
3/4 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. liquid taco sauce
2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans chili beans
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
pepperoncini peppers (if desired)

In mixing bowl, combine egg, crumbs, taco sauce, onion and salt. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Brown on both sides. Mix soup, chili beans and peppers (if desired) and pour on top of patties. Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Top with shredded cheese. Melt cheese and serve.
