FIRE CRACKER BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese

Note: Fresh, chopped poblano or jalapeno peppers may be substituted.

In a medium bowl, combine beef, chili peppers and bouillon. Mix together well and shape into 4 burgers. Grill burgers for 3 to 8 minutes per side until desired doneness. Top each burger with cheese 2 minutes prior to removing from grill.

Serve burger topped with a spoon of salsa, if desired.
