CHICKEN AND TOMATO SOUP 
2 lg. chicken breasts
2 lg. cans whole tomatoes
1 sm. bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1 lg. onion
4 carrots, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 frozen spinach, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lg. bay leaves
Chicken bouillon to taste
Noodles (we like anci pepe)

Boil chicken 15 minutes. Remove scum from top. Add all ingredients, simmer, 2 hours. Remove chicken. Let cool. Remove skin, bone and make chicken salad.
