PECAN TASSIES 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. flour

Mix and put in small greased muffin tins. Flatten down in pan.

FILLING:

1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all together. Pour over crust in muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Yield: 24 tassies.
