SHRIMP SCORPIO 
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 c. onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. dill, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 c. tomatoes, fresh or canned, chopped and peeled
1/2 c. tomato sauce, fresh or canned
1 lb. shrimp in shell, about 24
1 c. feta cheese, crumbled

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add onions; cook, stirring until onions start to brown. Add garlic, parsley, dill. Stir in mustard, sugar, no salt. Peel and devein shrimp. Rinse and drain, then add to sauce. Cook briefly. Pour mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
