RASPBERRY CHEESE COOLER 
3 oz. cream cheese
1 env. Dream Whip
Milk
1 1/2 c. water
1 (12 oz.) can lemon-lime soda
2 c. frozen raspberries

Place cheese in small bowl. Microwave on medium power for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until cheese softens. Stir until smooth; set aside. In small mixing bowl prepare topping as directed on package. Using milk, beat in softened cream cheese; set aside.

Place water in 2 cup measure; microwave HIGH for 4-6 minutes or until water boils. Place gelatin in large mixing bowl. Add boiling water; stir until gelatin dissolves. Stir in soda, blend 1/2 cup gelatin mixture into topping mixture; chill until lightly thickened.

Pour into 9-inch round baking dish. Spread topping evenly over gelatin. Chill for about 3 hours or until set. Cut into wedges. Makes 10 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
