BUTTER COOKIE 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. almond extract
2 1/3 c. flour

Cream butter. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and almond extract. Fill cookie press with star disk onto ungreased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with "jimmie" before baking, or when baked, dip ends into melted semi-sweet chocolate and then in jimmies. Makes 6 dozen.
