15 - MINUTE PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. oriental noodles with chicken flavor
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. frozen loose-pack mixed vegetables (Italian style - carrots, cauliflower, green beans, zucchini, butter beans)
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. light cream
2 tsp. cornstarch
Dash of pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles (water according to package). Do not add packet. Drain, toss with butter. Keep warm over hot water. Bring to boil vegetables in 1/4 cup water, reduce heat and cook covered, 3 to 4 minutes or barely tender. Do not drain.

Combine cream, cornstarch, pepper and packet; add to vegetables. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly - then 2 minutes more. Serve over cooked noodles. Sprinkle cheese on top.

NOTE: Substitute Milnot or frozen coffee creamer for cream for less animal fat in diet.
