SASSY STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 sm. box strawberry Jello

Mix cake mix in half portions, half as box directs, half mix as directed plus add 1/2 of the juice from frozen strawberries and 1/3 of the strawberries (crushed) then stir in 1/3 cup of Jello gelatin. Bake the layers, one white, one pink (strawberry) in 8 inch cake pans as package directs.

Topping: Whip together Cool Whip and cream cheese. Add the leftover strawberries and juice to mixture and 1/3 more of the Jello gelatin crystals. Top the well cooled cake with the topping just as icing (all over). Serve well chilled.
