CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 gal. 2% milk
1 onion, chopped
2 chicken bouillion cubes
4 c. cooked broccoli
2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Melt butter in 2 quart non-sticking pan. Add flour; cook for 2 minutes. Pour in milk. Add onion, chicken cubes; bring to a boil; lower heat and cook until it thickens a little. Add cheese; stir until melted. Add broccoli; mix well. Serve with fresh bread
