SALAD PARFAIT 
1 head lettuce (sm.), diced
1 c. diced celery
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced onion (opt.)
8 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Blue cheese dressing (Marie's dressing)
2 tbsp. sugar
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

In a clear, large serving bowl, line the bottom with the diced lettuce. Top with diced celery. Lay the sliced hard boiled eggs on celery. Spread the frozen peas on top of eggs, then the green pepper, the onion and lastly the bacon.

In a small mixing bowl, mix mayonnaise, blue cheese dressing and sugar together. Pour over salad evenly. Top with cheddar cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
