1 package frozen broccoli
1 stick butter
1/2 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. salt

Cook broccoli until tender and drain. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 400°F for 20 - 30 minutes.
