1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix all together and pour in well greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until creamy and spread on cold cake. Keep refrigerated 2 days, if you can.
