MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. hot cooked coffee
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift all the dry ingredients, add liquids and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla, beating for 2 more minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or 2 (9 inch) pans.
