APPLE BLOSSOM CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (20 oz.) can sliced pie apples (not pie filling)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Sift flour, salt, spices and soda together. Blend well the sugar, eggs, oil and dry ingredients. Add apples, vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Bake in a greased tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Yield: 12 servings.
