BAKERS BIG CHIPS COOKIES 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder or soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (10 oz.) Bakers big chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugars. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until well blended. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, placing cookies about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
