CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage (cut up)
1 c. Minute Rice
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1 pt. water

Sauce:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Bring to a boil the salt, sugar, butter and water. Add cabbage and cook until tender. Add rice. Cover and set aside. Heat butter, cheese, milk, and flour to make a sauce. Mix rice and cabbage, add sauce. Put in a greased baking dish. bake until heated.
