CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
2 tbsp. melted butter
Cracker crumbs to cover
White sauce
6 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed

WHITE SAUCE:

Melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat, add 1 heaping tablespoon flour. Mix well, then add enough milk to thicken to gravy like consistency. Stir constantly bring to boil. Add Velveeta cheese and melt.

Chop cabbage and boil in salt water until done. Drain well. Pour into large baking dish. Add white sauce. Cover with cracker crumbs and melted butter. Bake in medium oven (350 degrees) for about 20 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
